"Parent Connect" Information
9-R is in the process of bringing an online replacement for the old "K-12 Planet," our former parent portal that allowed parents of secondary students to have limited access to their student's information.  The new portal is called "Parent Connect" and we plan to have it ready during the 2nd trimester.

"Parent Connect" will give parents access to the teacher's gradebooks for real-time information on assignments, quizzes, etc., attendance information and discipline records.  We are still exploring these, and other features, to determine how to provide the best possible communication to parents.

A significant operational hurdle is making sure that each student's information is made available only to those people authorized by the family.  We will be working to verify the access each family would like to have and taking other steps to safeguard the student's information.
