9-R School Board Election

The Durango School District 9-R Board of Education will be participating in the November 5, 2013 election to fill six board vacancies.
 
The election process will begin August 7, 2013.  To be eligible for a school board seat, candidates must have lived in the school district for the last 12 months, be a registered voter for the last 12 months and be a current resident within district boundaries.  Boundary maps are available here.
 
An informational session will be held on Tuesday, July 30th at 5:30 p.m. in the Administration Building, 201 E. 12th Street for anyone interested in serving on the board.
